Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through Corbett Valley.

Because we are a facilitator, refunds also depend on the rules of the Forest Department and our partner providers (resorts and transport operators).
Important: Forest Department permits
Safari permits and forest rest-house bookings are issued by the Forest Department, and their permit/entry fees are generally non-refundable once booked, regardless of cancellation. This is the authority's rule and is outside our control.
Service & booking charges
- Our service charge covers the planning, coordination and booking assistance we provide.
- If you cancel, refund eligibility on amounts other than non-refundable permit fees depends on how far in advance you cancel and the policies of the relevant providers.
Resort & transport bookings
Resorts and transport operators each have their own cancellation policies. The applicable policy will be shared with you at the time of booking, and any refund follows those terms.
How to request a cancellation
Contact us as early as possible at support@corbettvalley.com or +91 70555 35820 with your booking details. The earlier you inform us, the better your chances of recovering any refundable amount.
Refund processing
Eligible refunds (excluding non-refundable fees) are processed to your original payment method. Processing timelines depend on the providers and payment channels involved.
Changes & rescheduling
Where possible, we'll try to help reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the relevant authority/provider rules, and any difference in price or applicable charges will apply.
Cancellations by authorities or due to natural events
If a safari or service is cancelled by the Forest Department, due to weather, or for other reasons beyond our control, any refund will follow the authority's/provider's rules. Our liability is limited to the service charge paid to us.
No-shows
No refund is provided for no-shows or for failure to carry valid ID or meet entry requirements at the gate.
