Corbett Valley is a private travel agency that facilitates travel services, including safaris, resort bookings, taxi services, and more. Please read these terms carefully as they govern your relationship with us.

1. General Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Corbett Valley acts as a facilitator and does not own or operate safaris, resorts, or transport services. We work with third-party providers to deliver the best experience.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from respective service providers.
The information provided on our website is for general guidance and is subject to change without notice.
A minimum payment of 50% of the total service cost is required to confirm all bookings.

2. Safari Booking Terms

a. Types of Safaris

Jeep Safari: Ideal for small groups and provides a personalized experience.
Canter Safari: Larger groups can book a shared vehicle experience.
Elephant Safari: Available in selected zones and subject to forest department policies.

b. Safari Booking Policies

Safaris are subject to availability and are booked through government-authorized platforms.
Booking requires full payment and accurate personal details, including government-issued ID proof for all participants.
A minimum payment of 50% is required to secure the safari booking.
Safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Guests must arrive at the reporting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled safari time.
Corbett Valley is not responsible for cancellations due to government regulations, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refund policies of the forest department apply.

c. Code of Conduct During Safaris

Follow the instructions of the guide or driver.
Do not litter, smoke, or consume alcohol in forest areas.
Maintain silence and avoid disturbing wildlife.

3. Resort and Accommodation Terms

a. Booking Policies

Resort bookings require a minimum deposit of 50%, and the balance must be paid before check-in.
Prices are subject to change based on seasons, availability, and policies of the resort.
Any special requests (e.g., extra beds, specific room types) must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.

b. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

c. Resort Policies

Valid ID proof must be presented at the time of check-in.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Unruly behavior, excessive noise, or violations of resort policies may result in eviction without refund.

4. Taxi Booking Terms

Taxi bookings are confirmed only after a minimum payment of 50%.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Corbett Valley’s control. We advise buffer times for your trips.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during taxi rides. Corbett Valley and its drivers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Additional charges may apply for extended routes, extra stops, or waiting time.

5. Guest Policy

All guests must comply with the rules of the resorts, safari zones, and other service providers.
Unregistered or additional guests may not be allowed unless prior approval is obtained, and extra charges may apply.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or engaging in disruptive behavior will be denied services without refund.

6. Children Policy

Children below 5 years of age may not require separate safari permits or additional accommodation charges (depending on the resort’s policies).
Children aged 5-12 years may be eligible for discounted rates for safaris, meals, and stays.
Accurate age details must be provided at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or denial of services.

7. Meal Policies

Meal plans (if included in your booking) are clearly mentioned in your confirmation details.
Special dietary requests must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
Unused meals will not be refunded.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges depend on the type of service and the time of cancellation.
Safaris: Non-refundable once confirmed.
Resorts: Varies by provider and season. Details will be shared during booking.
Taxis: Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

b. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days, excluding transaction charges.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

9. Liability

Corbett Valley acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages during safaris, stays, or transport services.
We do not guarantee sightings of wildlife during safaris as they depend on natural conditions.
Guests are responsible for adhering to all safety guidelines and local regulations.

10. Force Majeure

Corbett Valley is not responsible for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

11. Misrepresentation and Compliance

Guests must provide accurate details during booking. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation without refund.
Use of our website or services for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.
