1. Payment Methods:

• We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Direct Deposit.
• Payments should only be made to company accounts.
• You can pay 50% in advance to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due upon arrival.
• Paying 100% in advance may offer additional discount benefits.
• You must pay all applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees.

2. Booking and Room Policies:

• Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
• Upgrading rooms will incur extra costs, payable directly to the hotel.
• Booking confirmation and vouchers will be sent within 24 hours via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
• Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Ensure correct age information for passengers at the time of booking to avoid penalties.
• If the specified hotel rooms are unavailable, similar standard hotels will be provided.
• For three persons, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
• Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, or safari charges will be communicated, and the difference must be paid before the tour date.
• We do not guarantee specific safari zones, and zones may change based on availability.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

Notify us in writing if you need to postpone or cancel your tour. Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written notice.

Cancellation policy:

• 30 days before arrival: 20% of the tour cost.
• 15-29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari costs).
• 7-14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari costs).
• 2-6 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari costs).
• Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
• Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari amounts are non-refundable.

No refunds for Forest Lodge bookings in Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, or Dhela. If your safari is not booked due to technical errors or non-availability, we will refund the amount to your bank account.

4. Special Notes:

• Rates do not apply during long weekends or festivals like New Year and Christmas.
• Peak season (e.g., Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year) bookings have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed.
• Additional charges may apply if there are increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges.

5. Limitations and Liabilities:

• We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as strikes, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooked hotels, or entry restrictions.
• We will make alternate arrangements but will not provide refunds or compensation in such cases.
• Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

• Experience the thrill of a jeep safari in the heart of the jungle. Our safaris offer a unique opportunity to witness wildlife in their natural habitat.
• Jeep safaris are typically scheduled in the early morning and late afternoon to maximize wildlife sightings.
• Night stays in forest lodges, such as Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, or Dhela, offer an immersive experience with nature. These lodges provide basic but comfortable accommodations to enhance your wilderness experience.
• Night stays include meals, guided walks, and night safaris, where you can spot nocturnal animals and enjoy the serene night sounds of the jungle.
• Safari permits and bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed well in advance.
