Payment Terms

• Booking Confirmation: You will be informed of the booking amount before the process. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive the payment.
• Full Payment: Details about full payment and deadlines will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment must be made on time to secure your safari, stay, and services.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online options. Please ensure your chosen payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

Cancellation Policy

• Resort Booking Cancellation:
• 25% charge for cancellations 9 to 45 days before check-in.
• 50% charge for cancellations 8 days before check-in.
• 100% charge (no refund) for cancellations 7 days before check-in.
• In case of a no-show without cancellation notice, the full booking amount will be charged.
• Changing Booking Dates: To change dates, the current booking must be canceled following the cancellation policy. New bookings depend on room availability.
• Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Elephant Ride Cancellation: 100% of the amount is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled to another day or time.
• Night Stay Cancellation: 100% of the amount is non-refundable, and night stays at Dhikala Forest Lodge cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

If a refund is possible, it will be processed within 24 hours after the cancellation request. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you, and a refund will be given if applicable or if the process is canceled.
